• Our Price Match Guarantee covers new items. One price match at the time of purchase, per identical item, per customer, at the current pre-tax price available to all customers is allowed.

• Price must be presented via a written or printed quote with competitors letterhead and show product part number(s) and price.

• Price and product number can be seen on competitors website or local print advertisement and must be an in-stock item.

• Product price matching is only offered on items that Stone’s Security considers to be within our normal/everyday offerings.

• Residential or Commercial Intrusion detection devices and panels.

Price Match Guarantee does not include:

• Products shipped from or sold by third-party sellers or third party seller websites.

• Pricing only available to select group of customers such as membership programs or loyalty offers.

• Promotional free items, pricing errors, mail-in offers, coupon offers, items that are advertised as limited time or quantity, out of stock items, clearance items, open-box items or refurbished or pre-owned items.

• Items for sale between the Friday before Thanksgiving through the Monday after Thanksgiving.

• The price for the item must be listed and valid at the time of match. 

• Reduced pricing due to going out of business sale or offer.

• New items sold without warranty.

Limitations:

Stones Security Systems, Inc. reserves the right to verify competitive pricing prior to offering price match.

Price matching for purchased items from Stone’s Security Systems, Inc. must be presented no more than 15 days after time of purchase. Price Match Guarantee will be matched as a credit to Stone’s Security account.
