7 Steps to a perfect system
1. On-site meeting: Our surveillance consultants will meet with you at your business. This is where we begin to understand your needs. Why are you considering investing in surveillance? Have there been incidents where a surveillance system would have come in handy? Do you have a budget in mind for this project?
2. Site Walk: Walking the site, both inside and outside, allows us to learn more about the environment where each camera will be installed. How much square footage needs to be in view? What are the lighting conditions? Will a specific location require more detail than another? Are there any obstructions that need to be taken into consideration?
3. Site Summary: We want to make sure we fully understand your needs and wants. We will summarize our meeting to make sure your new surveillance system checks all the boxes and meets all your requirements.
4. Pen to Paper: During the system design process, we evaluate each camera location and take everything we learned on site so that your surveillance system is designed with you and your business needs at the core.
5. Presentation: We will meet with you and share the details of the system so that you can be confident in your investment decision.
6. Installation: Our professional and courteous installation crew will install your system and make sure every camera is able to perform its job. Afterwards, we will provide you will all the training you need and answer all of your questions.
7. We’re not done yet: We understand you might not be a surveillance expert. That’s okay because we are. We also understand that you might not remember everything we taught you, if you ever have a question or need assistance, just call. We are with you before, during and after.
