Throughout the entire process, he was professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. What really set Chris apart was how personable he was. He was laid-back, had a great sense of humor, and even took the time to interact with our daughter, which made the whole experience feel comfortable and stress-free. After the installation, he thoroughly walked us through the entire system, making sure we understood how everything worked before he left. He also made it clear that we could reach out with any questions, and he has continued to be extremely responsive and helpful. It's hard to find businesses that combine great customer service with quality work, but Chris definitely does.
